Initiate Your Request
Log into your NUMOYA account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and bonus gifts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
